As the owner of IR Property Management, Sachin Gupta, is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners and residents alike, with a focus on protecting and enhancing the value of every asset under management.
Sachin is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Audit, Financial Management, and Asset Management. He began his career in Corporate Audit at Deloitte & Touche, where he audited some of Canada’s largest REITs, gaining deep insight into institutional-grade real estate operations and financial controls.
He later transitioned into financial planning for small to mid-sized owner-managed businesses, further strengthening his expertise in strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
Over the past decade, Sachin has held senior roles with one of Canada’s largest REITs, managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in annual value and over 62 million square feet. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in financial analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, and asset management.
Sachin holds a CPA designation and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business
